The individual is a part of society and the whole. Each part of the whole contributes to the whole through change and transformation that takes place within self. Individual and social development are intertwined and inseparable from each other. This is the understanding of individuals who can initiate change within themselves rather than expecting it from others, and who feel responsible for the future of society while taking responsibility for their own future.

To improve Hisar village in economic, socio-cultural and environmental-spatial aspects after evaluating its existing infrastructure and to create an exemplary work in Turkey by pioneering the "Improvement of the Quality of Life in the Village" that will prevent migration from village to city. To be based on the principles of entrepreneurship and sustainability. To be based on cooperation with the public private sector and non-governmental organizations.
Vision – Values – Goals
We have determined our vision and mission statements, shared values and goals through professional processes and workshops in which all our members participated and contributed. In 2004, we needed a more comprehensive study on our shared values. We conducted a series of workshops to mature our shared language and to define and understand our shared values.

In June 2000, one year after our foundation, we started our Corporate Identity work in order to recognize our Foundation with the right criteria, to define our corporate culture and to create a common language and unity of meaning.
